Why the Greek "α"?
We chose the Greek letter α (alpha) as our logo because it represents beginnings, leadership, and innovation — all qualities that define automation and the future we’re building toward.
But it goes deeper.
The word “automaton” comes from the Ancient Greek word αὐτόματον, meaning “acting of one’s own will.” It was first used by Homer to describe automatic doors and self-moving tripods — some of the earliest imagined forms of autonomous systems.
By choosing alpha, we pay tribute to this origin — to the idea that tools can move, act, and think on their own.
It’s a nod to the ancient imagination that sparked the concept of automation, and a symbol of the new wave of intelligent systems that we help creators and businesses bring to life.
