Welcome to Automators, a digital marketplace operated by Eficiencia. By accessing or using our platform (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Eficiencia, the owner and operator of Automators.
“Vendor”, “Automator” refers to a user who lists, sells, or distributes digital products or services via Automators.
“Buyer” refers to a user who purchases or downloads products from the marketplace.
“Product” refers to any digital item or service listed by a Vendor.

2. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse or exploit the platform for any unlawful purposes.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, and you agree to notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

If you list and/or sell products on the platform, you agree to the following:

You are operating as an independent vendor.
You are fully responsible for your own business operations, including (but not limited to) accounting, invoicing, and tax obligations.
You agree to comply with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction, and Eficiencia is not liable for your tax reporting, collection, or remittance.
You may be required to provide accurate information for legal compliance purposes (such as identity verification or payout setup).

5. Fees and Payments

Transactions on Automators are processed through our platform, powered by Dokan’s multi-vendor system. As a vendor, you agree to the following terms regarding payments and earnings:

Eficiencia charges a 20% commission on each completed sale.
Funds from customer purchases are held by Eficiencia and do not go directly to vendors at the time of sale.
Vendors must submit a withdrawal request through their seller dashboard to receive earnings.
Once a valid withdrawal request is received and approved, payouts will be processed with the 20% commission already deducted.
Payouts are made via the method configured in your seller account settings, such as Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer, depending on availability.
Eficiencia reserves the right to review, delay, or deny withdrawal requests in cases of dispute, suspected fraud, or violation of platform policies.

6. Refunds and Disputes

All sales are final, except in cases where the product does not function as described. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. In unresolved cases, Eficiencia reserves the right to intervene and make final decisions, including refunds or release of funds.

7. Intellectual Property

By uploading products, vendors confirm they own the rights or have proper licenses to distribute the content. You retain ownership of your products but grant Eficiencia the right to display, market, and deliver your products via the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Eficiencia provides the platform “as-is.” We are not liable for:

The accuracy or reliability of vendor listings
Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform
Vendor failure to comply with tax or legal obligations

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Review Invitations and Follow-up Emails

When you place an order, you may be asked to consent to receive follow-up emails, including invitations to review your purchase. If you provide this consent, we may contact you after your order to request feedback and a product review. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

By submitting a review through our platform, you grant Eficiencia and its partners the right to publish your review, along with your provided name (or initials), rating, and any other non-sensitive data you voluntarily provide.
